Best Casino Movies

Ocean's 11

Ask anyone what their favorite Casino movie is and you’re likely to get a whole range of answers.

There are low budget indie flicks like Swingers and big budget Hollywood blockbusters like the more

recent version of Ocean’s Eleven and many different shades in between.

If you’re more the kind of person who prefers to play rather than watch others play, why not get

yourself to any one of the slots online which you can find on the Jackpot Capital casino

website. All your favorite games are there waiting for you to play and you don’t need to leave home.

Here are just a few of the most popular, just in case you’re wondering where to get started if you

fancy watching Casino movies.

Ocean's 11

1.  Ocean’s Eleven. The 1960 Rat Pack classic stars Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin who decide to

organize a heist to knock over all the casinos on the Las Vegas strip on the same night.

2.  Casino. Martin Scorsese’s classic tale of what happens when money and power go to your

head. It has stunning performances from Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci, as well as a whole host of

other stars. It is, as you might expect from a Scorsese movie, quite violent in places. But it also has

some moments of dark humor that make it a classic.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas

3.  Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Although not strictly about casino’s, they do feature very

heavily in this drug fueled journey to the heart of the American Dream. Starring Benicio del Toro as

“The Attorney” alongside Johnny Depp’s stand out performance as “Dr Gonzo”, it is a nightmarish

depiction of the excesses of Las Vegas and the 1960’s and 70’s in general. Not for the faint of heart,

but well worth a watch if you can handle the ride. #sp
