I agree that this does seem to glorify war crimes, but if you’re looking for a moralistic tale in any of QT’s movies, it’s probably futile. Kill Bill taught us it’s cool to cut peoples’ arms and legs off, Reservoir Dogs taught us it doesn’t pay to be a cop, ever, Jackie Brown glorified homicide as humor, and drug use, Four Rooms….well, you get the picture.

QT has never disappointed me, and I know politics aren’t his thing, but this trailer just screams “hey kids, war crimes are awesome!”

And I just checked IMDB, and Maggie Cheung is in this? WTF? She’s one of the best actresses in world cinema, and I know that Tarantino loves “Irma Vep” and Wong Kar-wai’s movies, but, seriously . . .

Hmm it does have that silly ultra-violent fun look to it, but I can see why people think Pitt looks out of place. Your right though, should wait till i see the movie before criticising.
