I can't wait to hear how "Cold Souls" is -- I waited in vain for it to hit the offbeat theater in Charlotte and it never did! It's waiting patiently in my Netflix queue.

I only recently saw Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf as well. Excellent movie! Also wished that I'd seen it sooner. But better late then never :)

I've just finished The French Connection. It was pretty damn good. Gene Hackman was crazy good. Cabaret I'm a fan of, and good luck with Ben Hur.

Who's Afraid Of Virginia Woolf is one I've meant to see as well. One of these days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Jules and Jim" is an absolute masterpiece. All time top ten for me.

I hope you like "My Night at Maud's"! The talkier aspects of Bergman are good preparation for what Rohmer is all about. Get "Claire's Knee" next.
