Lit Flicks Challenge

I don’t know why it’s so difficult for me to get this post up on the first of the month. I guess I’m just a procrastinator. Thanks again to everyone that participated this month in the Lit Flicks Challenge.   It’s half over!  But there’s still plenty of time (3 months) to join now, or to keep up with the challenge.  Remember: you’re probably reading books and watching movies anyway, why not win prizes for it?  So far UnfinishedPerson from Just A (Reading) Fool won a copy of There Will Be Blood, Care from BKClubCare won a copy of Cormac McCarthy’s The Road.  I really enjoyed reading your reviews. No one took me up on the double entry offer to review Blindness, but that’s probably a good thing.  I wouldn’t want to bias anyone in their reviews.

The winner of the November’s giveaway is Shannon at Movie Moxie.  She choose to receive a DVD of No Country For Old Men (she even admitted that she hasn’t seen it yet…).  Congratulations, and thanks for participating.

The rules for December’s giveaway will stay the same.  Keep up the good work!  If you’re unclear of the rules, want to know how to get entries to the giveaway, or want to sign up (there’s still plenty of time), check out the Lit Flicks Challenge Page.  And if books are more your thing, check out my sister’s similar challenge here.
