The 248 Films Eligible for Best Picture in 2010

I posted this list about two months ago.  Near the end of December I had only seen 69 (heh heh) of the 248 films eligible for the Best Picture Oscar.  Because I love lists–and counting–and in honor of the ceremony tomorrow, I’m posting again.  Now, my number is 83, about what I expected to hit.  There are a few I wish I had caught up with before now, but what do you do?  How many have you seen?

  1. Colin says:

    Amazingly, I’ve seen….83 too! Spooky.

  2. Blake says:

@ Colin – That IS spooky! I wonder how many of the same one’s we’ve seen. Not counting Black Swan and Enter the Void. ;)

  3. wow, I’ve seen 93. I feel important and I own a few other titles on the list, which I am going to see within the distant future.

  4. Care says:

Sadly, I can only check of 14. That is pathetic – I miss those days when I watched a lot of movies but situations and interests (and access) change, I guess.

  5. Anna says:

watch “city island”. i thought it was fun.

  6. Blake says:

@ Hans – That IS very impressive! That’s 11% more than me and I watch an awful lot of movies.

@ Care – Ah, but how many books did you read in 2010. That number would put me to shame.

@ Anna – That’s in my queue! I’m looking forward to it.
